Xiaojun Feng is an associate professor of sociology at China Agricultural University. Her research focuses on labour and agrarian studies. She is the author of The Making of Labour Precarity in China since 1949 (Cambridge University Press, 2026) and The Labour Implications of Technological Upgrading in China (ILO, 2020).
