Irene C. L. Ng is the author of Creating New Markets in the Digital Economy: Value & Worth. She is a professor of Marketing and Service Systems and Director of the International Institute of Product and Service Innovation (IIPSI) at WMG, University of Warwick. She is currently working on the RCUK-funded HAT project for new economic and business models; her book Creating New Markets in the Digital Economy: Value & Worth forms the basis of this project.
