Anna Brytek-Matera is a Professor of Medical and Health Sciences at the Institute of Psychology, University of Wroclaw in Poland. She has held academic positions as a Visiting Professor at Western Sydney University and as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Bordeaux and currently at the University of Tokyo. She has published extensively in the field of orthorexia nervosa and eating disorders. In recent years (since 2021) she has been recognised among the most widely cited scientists worldwide (World’s TOP 2% Scientists; single year impact).
