Stephen H. Gregg is a senior lecturer in English Literature at Bath Spa University, UK. His research and teaching cover eighteenth-century literature, the history of the book, and digital humanities. He has published on eighteenth-century literature and issues such as masculinity, and empire and colonialism, as well as on the work of Daniel Defoe. His most recent work is Old Books and Digital Publishing: Eighteenth-Century Collections Online (CUP, 2020). He is currently working a case-study in digital book history, and is also researching the colonial and neo-colonial entanglements of digitizations.
