Moritz Föllmer is Associate Professor of Modern History at the University of Amsterdam. He is particularly interested in Weimar and Nazi Germany, and in concepts of individuality and urbanity in twentieth-century Europe. Previous publications include Individuality and Modernity in Berlin: Self and Society from Weimar to the Wall (Cambridge, 2013), Culture in the Third Reich (2020) and, as co-editor, Reshaping Capitalism in Weimar and Nazi Germany (Cambridge, 2022).
