Jorge Walter is a Professor of Strategic Management and Public Policy at the George Washington University School of Business. He received his doctorate in strategic management from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, was a visiting researcher at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a postdoctoral researcher at the Stern School of Business at New York University. His research interests include strategy formulation and implementation processes, knowledge/technology transfer, social networks, and social capital. He has published more than twenty articles in peer-reviewed journals, such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Organization Science, Personnel Psychology, and Strategic Management Journal.
